NxGen and IMEX Systems Inc. Complete Reseller Agreement

TORONTO, November 14, 2018 — NxGen United LLC the US operating division of NxGen Communications Corp. (“NxGen” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has signed a reseller agreement with IMEX Systems Inc. (TSXV: IMEX) (OTC: IMSYF)a software solution provider to Governments, Municipalities and Public Authorities. NxGen is a provider of proprietary wireless data networks to rural America, known as RURBAN, which enables Counties and Cities to deploy “Smart” Infrastructure and deliver Internet of Things (IoT) services.

NxGen is building out its RURBAN network deployments in those rural markets that have poor or non-existent Internet services. In addition, NxGen will be deploying sensors, smart meters andother IOT devices including drones, and powering them through their company-owned and operated data centers.
